Guidelines for Parents:
- Parents should watch carefully and continuously the ward’s presentee and academic progress.
- Parents should meet directors & concern subject teachers at least twice a month.
- Parents should come for the parents’ meeting of the class or when invited to the class, any other time.
- Delay in fees will not be entertained. Kindly pay the fees in given time span or on committed date and time.
- Parents are requested to provide educational updates received from school, from time to time in the class.
- In case of any complains, Parent should come to the class and meet the directors.
Parents should note that :
a) It is mandatory to follow rules and regulations of the class. In case of misconduct in the class, an admission can be canceled without any prior notice.
b) Fees paid once will not be refunded under any condition.
c) Fees must be paid on or before the due date.
d) We will not be responsible for the result if the attendance of candidate is less than 90%.
e) Students misbehaving within the class or behaving in such a manner which create nuisance for the citizens in the vicinity will be rusticated from the class without any prior intimation to parents and fees paid once will not be refunded due to any reason what-so-ever, under any circumstances.
Rules and Regulations for Students:
1. It is mandatory to be present in the class before the class begins.
2) Homework given in the class should be completed before a given date.
3) It is compulsory to attempt all the examinations conducted by the class.
4) It is compulsory to note down given assignments in “Student Daily Diary”. After completion parent’s signature is mandatory.
5) While teaching in the class if any concepts are not understood then students can ask for more explanations to the teacher in the class itself.
6) Active participation is expected from students for hidden talent competitions, Educational trip, Annual gathering, Cultural days and Guest lectures.
7) Class timings changed for majority will be binding for all.
8) Absent students without prior intimations will not be allowed to attend the class unless accompanied by their parents.
9) Students should not loiter in the class premises before or after the class. Class will not be responsible once they leave the class.
10) Students should keep their belongings on their own responsibility and in case of loss of anything, class will not be responsible.
11) Class expects your behavior and mannerism towards parents, teachers and fellow students to be full of respect & cordiality.
12) Class peace should not be disturbed & Students should accept seats allotted by the teacher.
